Has anyone seen these?

http://www.ikey-audio.com

I can't find much info on record times on them. I've been looking for a way to record sets easily that I can recommend to people.

I'm thinking about carrying these in the store. They are priced at $164.99 but if you pay upfront for one I'll do it for $149.99.

Looks like you still need a seperate external hard drive or usb key to dump the data to.

Thats really nice toy there.
It will save you from dragging out that expensive laptop to record a set.

Ahh... I knew there was something I was missing. For some reason I thought it had internal storage when it clearly says that it doesn't. That's what I get for looking at this stuff first thing in the morning.

I'm not so into the idea of stocking them now, but I'll still get one if anyone has the need for it!

the reason why it's cool is that it's an on-the-fly MP3 encoder for any audio input.

waves are raw audio - easy to encode. mp3s are wayyy more complex. i'd like to know what encoding method is used (ogg/whatever)
