Wednesday June 23rd
Breaks For Your Face (and your moms)

Peabodys is gonna be doing a EDM night again. It is gonna be upstairs in the VIP room. This is not a battle or anything of that sort it just local DJs playing. Tomorrow is the "Breaks Night," here are the DJs playing and there timeslots. If anyone out there wants to play let me know, I told them I would help them out getting DJs. Hope to see all yall peeps there.

I'm not sure about the whole thing. They booked me for a night opening for afroman, then want me to sell tickets. They put me in a 9-10 slot (doesn't really bug me), but then promised me a headline spot anytime I want in the summer. What's the standard beef w/ Peabody's? I know they jacked dj lee around when he won the dj battle there. Anybody else got some stories? I want to go into this w/ my eyes open.

Peabodies is what you make of it. If you realize that it "is what it is" then you are going to have a good time. Last time I hung out in that upstairs room, I had a really good time. As a dj, though, I've heard about every horror story there is to hear. If your looking to listen to some breaks... go for it. If your just looking to play out and don't care about anything else... then go for it. I
