Description
This is a collection of some of my favourite, more obscure ragga jungle joints. Lots of wicked rare groove samples and plenty of ragga chat dotted around the place. There have been lots of downloads on this one, has proved to be one of the most popular mixes I've done!

Actually Mark Ventian Snares is very similar to Panacea its hardcore DnB, Drill n Bass, Noise N Bass, Electro Gabber whateva you wanna call it. Its crazy stuff.

I like Venetian Snares too. Check out some of the old stuff on the Mille Plateux label. That shit was pushing the boundaries. Alot of DnB out there right now is mostly junk.

If you like moshing to drum and bass or dig heavy German music then Panacea is your cup of tea. He is actually very well known in the dnb world and Postion Chrome was a very successful/ well selling label for him. You can get further underground than that my friend.

Seems that the guy hasn't comeout with a single forever. I havent looked any of his stuff up but I havent really heard of anything released recently or read any reviews that mentioned Matthias Mootz name, I think thats what his name is???. Brent do you know of anything recent by Panacea, its been years since I had dabbled in that kind of music so maybe he came up after I stopped listening.

He put steady releases out for years( 1996 until about end of 2003/ early 2004). He still is around, but very quiet. Most of his releases are out of print ,but ever once in a while distro's will find some stashed in a warehouse. His site is somewhat informative on his releases.
