such a sick double bill...i could not ask for more.

i got my tickets in the mail weeks ago...is anyone else going to this?

no....tickets were cheap too. $12 or $13 i believe,

this will be in the seated auditorium as well, same place i caught Sigur Ros.

i have ben looking forward to this since the day it was announced, dont worry we get M83 here in the fall but no Ulrich S.

gaaah. I saw that they're showing the film 'Moog' beforehand as well for only two dollars more. I am full of angst.

If the weather holds, maybe I'll say screw school & take the Triumph down. Who you going with?

be glad you did notr take the triumph down. it rained hard the whole way there.


relax cause brad told me grog just booked M83 for a fall show.

i will tell you this ranked in top 5 live shows i have seen of all time!

i dont want to give away any more surprises but i will say everyone i went with agreed they are even better live than on lps.

amazing!

while Ulrichs music & writing is one of my faves since his first material came out he DID NOT bring a band with him as i have seen on live show videos, it was just him playing keys and piano over all laptop tracks...

still amazing to hear it so loud but not the best show to have to stand up to for 45mins.


instead of seeing this in the actual seated auditorium i have been to in the past for shows(sigur ros) this was held behind the large curtain in the all black room with soft blue lighting...great show

anyone into M83 or amazing performances be sure to not miss this M83 show we have here at the grog in the fall.


shoegaze(and even screengaze) will never go away.
