Post subject: DRUM RIOT! in April w/DJ Suburban 4/27/05

Yes,

We got it all locked in for April with SUV and Dieselboy, DJ Marky in May, June we have the Jump King Aphordite with Photek tentative for that month too, and in July Faust and Shortee touching down to do a DnB set. Lots of stuff in store this summer and I will be working hard to bring it to all the baseheads.

Sorry, about March and Feb. it was rough but we were able to still pull off the riot still even with the cancelations.

Also, due to the poor turn outs of the under 21 crew we have to limit the riot to the old school 21+ crew. But, that will only be on the reagular and special events will be 18+. We'll see if this happens it's still in management's hands.

I think it would be great if it could be kept an 18+ event.
Its great to see more young people getting into d&b.

If it's out of your hands, then you gotta do what yinzzers gotta do.

I'd love to see the variety of people coming out all the time, but it does seem to be a bit rough. I think the summer time will spice things up this year, considering we're all ready getting off to a great start.

I say we use speaker cabinets to block off both sides of w. 6th between lakeside and st. clair, that way the cops have to walk.......cuz we all know cleveland cops avoid walking as much as possible. Very Happy

Oh the drunken stuper that I endured tonite. I really am glad that I did not show my face until the crowd left. Thankfully only Mr Tik Tak, KC, EJ, two bartenders, Chris, my g/f, and my best friend Mike were there to witness it. Embarassed

Anyways, tonite was hella great. AWESOME crowd tonite, I must say I was really pleased with the turnout, and hope to see the RIOT continue with such a great crowd. Please excuse me now so I can go pass out and wake up with a hangover (minus the hangover hopefully, I'm going to attempt to avoid this by taking a Motrin before pulling a POD.)

what are the chances of possibly bringing in someone like calibre or marcus intalex? that would be dope, calibre is hands down the best producer in dnb, and soul:r drops nothing but quality.
