Embarrassed to say I've been an east sider for almost a decade and I've never been to Alesci's grocery store and deli until yesterday. It was worth the expenditure of part of a personal day at work. Lots of imported cheeses and meats, plus some bonus imported canned goods like killer pesto. Picked up bags of pizza dough which were on sale for 3 for $1. (Yes, 3 for $1). Got out the homemade pizza sauce from this year's tomato harvest stored in the freezer and had ourselves a feast. Recommend! www.alescifoods.com

yep this place is great, ive always noticed you have to kind of get there earlier because they only bake so much so alot of items sell out daily... but are also made fresh everyday.
