you can add a metatag to the header section of html to force a page refresh after a time alotment. I tend to just leave the forum open in the background and it would be convienent to have the page auto reload ever 5 mins instead of having to manualy refresh it.

Thats why it would only be on 5 or 10 minute timer, I mean 40K every 10 mins or so aint shite.
