16 hours of driving today has landed me in Kearney, Nebraska... and a speeding ticket on the Indiana Turnpike. The AH cited and ticketed me for going 10 over the limit. what a straight-up crock of shit.

Tomorrow's goal: Salt Lake City, UT or further.

I'll try to post some entertaining pics as i get the oppportunity. Kinda cool though, all the Iowa rest stops have free wi-fi access... Neato!

Greetings gang! Thought I'd provide an update for those who might give a $h!t...

After I've feared the 2400 mile drive out here, i'm actually glad i decided to drive instead of fly. The country out west is breathtaking and beautiful. Just when you think the world is harsh, crowded, and overrun with humanity... you drive through the western lands like Wyoming and Utah... and you are literally put right back into your place. The courtry side was amazing in every natural way.. i've got some pics here:

Thats only a limited supply since my camera died in Utah somewhere.. more to come soon.

We stopped in Las Vegas... perhaps the 84th time i've been there.. but my dad hadn't been there in 25 years.. so he certainly had some sights to see. It's one thing to see on TV.. but up close and in person... that town is so overwhelming!

I'll keep an update! and expect more pics!
