I'm so jealous! lol Teax IS much warmer than here. My friends and I partied in Austin back in undergrad... Beautiful place! Texas! Home of KING OF THE HILL, BEAVIS & BUTTHEAD, REV HORTON HEAT, PRIMUS, etc! It's good to have a change in scenery. ...and having a good gf to move with is even better! Good luck guys! I may invade for a visit sooner than you think! lol
