Netscape doesn't like your sliders to go up and down pages for some reason.

the only thing I don't dig is the font.

I get this in firefox with the forum:

the forum thing is an issue with our hosting company, they should have it fixed later.

regarding fonts, and this is something that alex was bitching about too, i really don't know what font to use. there seems to be a core of about 10 fonts that are installed on macs/pcs unversally, and i wanna stick to those

what do you think is a good font for text/headings/etc?

Stick to Arial, Verdana, Helvetica around 11 or 12 pt and you should be fine.

Logos / Images, the same, although Myriad is nice and my favorite is Formata

i think i'm 90% correct in the 'core' offhand :

andale mono
arial
arial black
brush script MT (ugh)
comic sans (ugh)
georgia
impact (may be hattenschweiler on PC?)
times new roman
trebuchet MS
verdana
webdings


edit: Office 2003 (PC) and Office 2004 (Mac) install a crapload of fonts that are equal as well...and most everyone has this suite...
